Intellirent helps you obtain credit reports from 9 different countries.
Applicants who do not have credit history in the U.S. but do have history in any of the countries seen below will be taken through a customized page of the application flow.
Your applicant will select, "I do not have a social security number" on the first page of their application.
If the applicant does have credit history from any of the listed countries, they will select, "Import Credit Report".
The applicant must select a country then continue with the steps as directed.
Similar to our U.S. applicant flow, we obtain verification of their identity, then return the full reports to agents. You will see both the credit score as well as the full report in the renter resume.
Applicants will not have to pay an extra fee at this point. They will also receive a copy of their international reports directly from Nova.
*For applicants that do not have credit history with any of these countries, do not select "Import Credit File" and simply continue following the directions of the application.
