Intellirent compiles and condenses, all data, documents and full TransUnion credit report with background checks in the Renter Resume.
You can use the resume to generate a PDF version of the application. View a sample file Renter Resume here. All supporting documents are added to the end of the Renter Resume.

Navigate to the Renter Resume
There are two ways to find the Renter Resume:
1. Applicants list
Click on the Credit score.
You will land directly on the applicant's TransUnion credit report. Use the side bar to jump to different sections of the resume.
2. Applicant Details
From the Applicant Details, select the paper icon at the top, left of the applicant's initials.
Once in the Renter Resume, by clicking on the applicant's name in the heading, an agent will navigate back to the Applicant Details.
View the payment amount and receipt for an individual application.
Filter drop down
Click on the horizontal ellipsis (...) to open the Filter drop down options.
When using the Filter option, Intellirent will save your filtered preference. Next time you land in any Renter Resume, the last saved filter will be saved.
For example, if you have unchecked the Cover Page from the Filter drop down menu, the Cover Page will remain unchecked moving forward until you check Cover Page again.
Download a PDF File
Click the download button on the far right.
When generating the PDF Renter Resume file, the file will contain all pages unless you have unchecked any pages from the Filter drop down.
The side bar navigation will only display the pages of the resume that are checked in the Filter drop down.
