After an application is submitted, an agent/landlord may request that additional documentation be uploaded to an applicant's file. Applicants can upload additional documentation by logging into their account.
This article outlines the sections in which an applicant can upload additional documentation.
When submitting an application documents may not be initially required. If an application was submitted without the initial requested documentation, the applicant dashboard will provide a list of missing documents.
A user can click on the displayed missing documents to add the requested documentation. For information on the types of acceptable documents, please contact your leasing agent/landlord.
Upload a Government Issued ID by clicking on Personal Information under Dashboard. After landing on Personal Details, scroll down to Government Issued Photo ID, click Add another government issued photo ID.
An applicant can do the same for proof of affordability: Add Proof of Income or Supporting Documents.
