Intellirent is not an authorized reseller of credit checks for applicants, we cannot provide the reports to applicants directly.
Intellirent is a software suite of tools used by verified agents (leasing professionals and property owners) throughout the U.S. to obtain fast and secure online applications together with TransUnion credit reports and background checks.
After an applicant agrees to the online terms of use, pays the fee and passes the TransUnion IDV, agents are immediately notified. Agents can log into their Intellirent account to review all submitted application data along with credit and background checks.
Intellirent does not make decisions on submitted applications or rental properties. Please contact your agent directly for questions regarding application approvals, or to understand their policies and processes.
