Add a Sub Agent to multiple accounts

A Sub Agent can be added to multiple Agent Organizations.

If you have an outside leasing agent, or assistant that works with multiple Agents, each Agent can invite the same Sub Agent into their Organization. 

When a Sub Agent is invited to an Agent's Organization, the Sub Agent is only visible to that Agent. This means, if other Agents will be working with the same Sub Agent, each Agent will need to add the Sub Agent in their Organization. Once added, the Sub Agent can maintain one account, working with more than one Agent separately, and privately.    

*Only an Agent can invite/add a Sub Agent to their Organization. Managing Agents can invite other Managing Agents or Agents. 

If an Agent creates a property, and would like the Sub Agent to help market the listing, and manage the applications, the Agent should Move the property into the Sub Agent's account. 

Once the property has been moved, the Sub Agent should Share the property back with the Agent. 

The ownership of the property determines where leads from listing sites will go. Whomever owns the property will receive the leads. 

The agent name displayed below the property address will always tell you who currently owns the property. If you see your name, you own that property.
