All adult applicants must submit a separate application and pay a separate fee.
Co-applicants are either roommates/co-occupants who are applying to live in the rental as well, or guarantors/co-signers (someone not living in the rental).
If you started an application and invited a co-applicant, they will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org asking them to apply separately. If your co-applicants did not receive the email invite to apply:
1. Ask your co-applicants to check all spam and junk folders. Email providers and email settings very in terms of email deliverability. It's possibly your email provider is either assuming the invite is spam or your blocking the invite altogether.
2. Ask your co-applicant to create their account as a renter without the invite email. Once you have invited a co-applicant, that co-applicant's email address is now associated with your application, it is the email address that links/groups you together. This means co-applicants can create their account as a renter without the email invite, and be automatically grouped to your application as a co-applicant.
IMPORTANT: Co-applicants should use the email address that was invited!
ie: If you invited roommate Jeremy, email@example.com – Jeremy MUST create their renter account using that same email address.
If Jeremy proceeds to create their account using firstname.lastname@example.org, Jeremy will NOT be grouped to your application because the email address does NOT match the email address you invited.
