There are two ways to stop the automated verifications:
- After an application has been submitted by moving the application.
- Before applications are submitted from your account Settings
After an application has been submitted
To stop the automated tenancy verification process for submitted applications, you should move the application to the Archived, Approved or Denied folder. If you do not move an application from the Current application list view the tenancy verification process will proceed until completion.
To move an application to a different folder, navigate to the Applicant Details page and select the options icon (horizontal ellipsis) to the right of the applicant's initials then select the folder you would like to move the application to.
When moving an application to a different folder, we are never communicating the change to your applicants. If you accidentally move an application to a folder you can simply move them back to the correct folder using the same options icon.
Before applications are submitted
To stop the automated verification process before an application is submitted, navigate to your settings.
Application Criteria > toggle the verification you choose to OFF
