Not Enough Data means that the credit report has been returned by TransUnion but the applicant may either have a new social security number or does not have enough credit history to generate a score.
Clicking on "Not Enough Data" will take you to the renter's TransUnion credit report or you can click on the renter resume to view the report together with the application.
If your applicant thinks they have a freeze on their credit report, they will need to contact TransUnion as soon as possible.
TransUnion has a dedicated security freeze line, (888) 909-8872. M-F from 7 AM to 6 PM, Sat 8:30 AM to 5 PM and Sun 9:30 AM to 5 PM, (MST).
