You are seeing an exclamation point where the credit score should be because your applicant has paid but has not passed TransUnion's Identity Verification step (IDV).
The applicant is being displayed instructions that you can also see by clicking on the exclamation point or within the Applicant/Details page.
Your applicant will need to contact TransUnion directly for further instructions.
