Applicants can log on and off of their application at anytime. After submitting, please ask applicants to log back into their account to make any changes.

Intellirent collects tenancy information and alerts the applicant to the verification process.
Whether your renter is Currently Employed, Self Employed or Unemployed, Intellirent will gather further details and request supporting documents for proof of income.
Intellirent gathers additional information with a detailed description of service animals.
There are three required background questions.
The applicant must review online terms and sign. The signature is also used to generate the authorization to release forms that are sent to current employment and tenancy contacts.
If you sent an application from a property, the property will populate for Desired Apartment.
Your applicant enters payment information and pays the non-refundable application fee.
If the applicant has a social security number, they will immediately be sent to TransUnion's identity verification questionnaire.
