If you see a dash for Employment or Tenancy that means the applicant selected either Unemployed or Self-Employed and for Tenancy they selected, "I do not rent".
Is your applicant Self-Employed, Retired or Unemployed? If so, your applicant would not have a supervisor they would be able to add for verification.
Did your applicant select "I am not currently renting"? If so, there would not be a current landlord we would reach out to for tenancy verification.

If you are seeing a dash in place of the credit score, this applicant has not passed the TransUnion Identity Verification step. Please ask your applicant to log back into their account to complete the short security step.
