Intellirent is directly partnered with TransUnion to provide your agent/landlord with a comprehensive credit and background check.
Applicants with a social security number will be prompted to pass the TransUnion Identity Verification (IDV) immediately after submitting payment. This is a security step that is timed and directly related to your social security background.
*It is important that the person who is associated with the social security number on the application answer these security questions.
*If you have questions or concerns related to the TransUnion IDV, you will need to contact TransUnion directly: Contact TransUnion.
You will have 7 attempts to complete the IDV step. If the questions are not accepted, it is because you have answered incorrectly to one of the questions. TransUnion will not tell you which question is incorrect.
If you fail all 7 attempts, you will be prompted to contact TransUnion directly.
After the questions are completed, you will land on your dashboard where you can review all your submitted details of the application, make any necessary edits and/or submit missing documents.
