Can my applicant upload a paper application?

No, Intellirent is an all-in-one online application and TransUnion credit report, plus nationwide background checks. The applicant must complete the online application, agree to the online terms of use and release of their information, pay the fee, then pass the TransUnion identity security step.

Only after they pass the TransUnion IDV will their credit report and background checks be released. 

Since the applicant is speaking directly to TransUnion and allowing the release of their credit and background check, the transaction is a soft pull, and does not affect their credit history.  

*Intellirent does not advise landlords to accept paper credit reports. It is always best to receive the data directly from the source.
