Agents can send the verification emails with the attached authorization to release forms from the Applicant Details Page.
Click on the applicant's name to navigate to the details page.
Click on the options icon (...) for either Employment or Tenancy. You will see the option to "Send" or "Resend" the verification email. The verification email will contain the attached signed authorization to release form.
If your applicant has submitted incorrect contact information, your applicant can either login to their account to edit the information, or an agent can make edits to the verifiers contact information. Once the contact information is updated, the verification process will restart from the beginning.
