Managing agent accounts are a type of account created when a company organization is made.
Managing agents are able to:
- See all applications & all properties for the organization (See: What is an Organization?)
- Reassign rental applications and properties to other agent accounts (See: How do I move an application to a different property or agent?)
- Set Application Criteria settings for the organization (See: What do the Application Criteria settings do?)
- Add new agents to the organization (See: How do I add a new agent to my organization?)
Note: Agents that are NOT a part of an organization are automatically created as managing agents and have the same capabilities listed above.
