Intellirent's software assists in the collection of the employment and tenancy verifications, however, third party vendors require additional access and charge verifiers a fee to collect additional paperwork.
Intellirent cannot directly access 3rd party systems nor will the systems send Intellirent the verification paperwork.
Many times the 3rd party verification system will provide the additional paperwork directly to the employee and applicant at no extra cost. Please reach out to the 3rd party verifier to learn how you can obtain the verification paperwork.
Confirm that your leasing agent/landlord will accept specific documentation that will help to satisfy the employment verification.
Any obtained paperwork can then be added to your application under your Employment Information: Proof of Income.
If there is a supervisor or HR contact that would be willing to assist directly, you can log back into your account to edit the contact information under Employment. See: How do I change the contact information for my employer?
