Organizations help leasing teams stay organized, securely. There are different accounts with different user-functionalities within an Organization.
1. A Managing Agent is able to view all properties and all applications within their organization and manage settings for their organization. (See:What is a Managing Agent account?)
2. Sub-Agent accounts are only able to see their properties and their applications.
Managing Agents have additional functionalities. Those include, adding additional sub-agent accounts to your organization, editing agent accounts, moving / assigning applications to different Agent accounts, and moving / assigning properties to different agent accounts.
