Organizations help leasing teams stay organized when managers and agents and assistants can work together in one spot. There are 3 different tiers/account types with different user-functionalities within an Organization.
1. Managing Agent account types are able to view all properties and all applications within their entire organization and manage settings for their organization. (See:What is a Managing Agent account?)
A Managing Agent can invite an Agent to their organization from their settings drop down, Organization.
2. Agent account types are only able to see their properties and their applications.
3. Sub-Agent accounts
Managing Agents have additional functionalities. Those include, adding additional sub-agent accounts to your organization, editing agent accounts, moving / assigning applications to different Agent accounts, and moving / assigning properties to different agent accounts.
