Credit Report

Immediately after payment, your applicant's reports will be available for your review. Learn more about the Application Process for Renters. 

Since the rental applicant initiates the release of their personal information, the result will be a soft-inquiry that won’t affect the applicant’s credit score. Agents will receive the comprehensive report without impacting an applicant's credit history. 

The credit reports are found in the Renter Resume. 

Navigate to Credit Reports

Clicking on the credit score will always take an agent to the top of the reports section in the Renter Resume. 

Applicants list view

From the Applicants list view, simply click on the credit score to jump into the reports section of the Renter Resume.

Applicant Details

From the Applicant Details, navigate to the Renter Resume by clicking on the file icon on the top of the right side panel.

In the Renter Resume, use the side navigation panel to quickly jump to the different report sections. 

Click on the the horizontal ellipsis, more options (...) to filter the file view online or on the PDF download.
