Listing sites have specific guidelines when accepting a property from Intellirent. You'll find General Troubleshooting tips plus paid policies from listing sites that require or offer payment plans.
When properties are initially syndicated by a new agent account, all partner sites may take a some time to verify the account and property. This is common practice when posting directly to the partner site as well.
In order to maintain our relationships with partner sites, Intellirent implements additional security practices and may request documentation from account owners. If you have a pending request from our support team, please ensure you have provided the requested information.
After an account has passed Intellirent security measures, the property data is immediately sent to partnered listing sites through the partner's specific Intellirent feed. Some listing sites parse/pull from their Intellirent feed at different times per day. The majority parse once or twice per day.
Intellirent recommends that a property be published first thing in the morning or before the end of the day. Please then allow between 6-24 hours to see your rentals published on listing sites.
