Please contact TransUnion directly for further instructions and to complete your identity verification. You can reach TransUnion at (866) 775-0961 M-F from 7AM to 6PM, Sat 8:30AM to 5PM and Sun 9:30AM to 5PM, (MST).
It is important you contact TransUnion immediately to ensure a timely return of your credit reports and a completed application.
Your agent will see the same message being displayed to you on your application and they may ask if you have called to complete the further instructions.
