I believe there was an error in my background/credit check, how can I fix this?
Intellirent is partnered with TransUnion to provide full credit reports and background checks. The background checks generated by TransUnion include nationwide criminal and eviction notices.
We do not control the data reported by TransUnion nor can we manipulate any information contained in these reports, in anyway.
If you feel TransUnion has reported anything on their reports in error, please contact TransUnion directly to dispute a claim.

Be prepared: Along with your personal data, ie: SSN, DOB, an applicant should be prepared with,
- The email address associated with your your rental application
- The rental property address you applied to
- The name of your leasing agent and/or landlord you are applying with
If TransUnion can verify and update their data right away, they will send the update through Intellirent for your agent.
Applicants can reach out to Intellirent support to ensure TransUnion updates are obtained accordingly.
