An application is not considered complete until the applicant has paid, passed the TransUnion identity verification questionnaire and submitted any pending supporting documents listed on the applicant's dashboard.

Multiple accounts with the same email address
If an applicant is using the same email address for multiple accounts, the applicant will only have access to their latest created application account. Learn more.
